The Silence of the Trembling Hands by Pakhinen charmed me the most. The Polish version consists of six dancers (one man and five women) and is perhaps emotionally 'different' from the solo original but beautiful. Pakhinen, in the setting of the electronic music by Roger Ludvigsen, presents rich emotions through the prism of Eastern culture (costumes and the symbolism of gesture). However the individuality of Pakhinen's personality universalises the Far-Eastern cultural sphere and makes it accessible to everyone, to every lover of dance and beauty. A big bravo for Ewa Wycichowska's dancers.
